     New Mexico Human Rights Projects is recruiting 10 high school students to participate in a 10-day interactive service-learning program in Cuba and to be part of helping to build bridges between our two countries.

    New Mexico Human Rights Projects (NMHRP) is the only non-profit organization in the state providing unique, hands-on programs that engage students intellectually and emotionally to think about the choices they make when confronted with prejudice, racism, violence and discrimination. NMHRP seeks to challenge our most basic understanding of human nature and encourage youth to be more respectful, compassionate and empathic human beings.
